OUR EXPERIENCES

I'm mother of two daughters (born November/1998 and October/2003). My older daughter Katharina suffers from an incomplete spinal cord injury due to a heart surgery. Since October 2001 I travel with her to Prof. Kozijavkin twice a year. Prior to her first treatment she was only able to sit with help. Today she is able to walk with a wheeled walker and stands stably with the aid of one of her hands. We owe this outcome the dedicated, professional and cordial therapists in the Ukraine! I'd like to note that most of Prof. Kozijavkin's patients don't suffer from a spastic paraplegia like my daughter, but from cerebral palsy.

Because I'm so enthusiastic about this therapy, I'd like to present it to more parents and patients and are glad to answer all their questions.

Before therapy starts, detailed examinations are conducted to determine your individual treatment. You will receive special therapies like training in the biomechanical correction suit, joints mobilization, compresses with warm beeswax, bee-stings for adults, treadmill-training, or biomechanical correction of the spine. All this releases spinal blockages. A new functional state is created and quality of life is improved.
